Youth Leader Core (YLC)
YLC is designed to offer students training, encouragement, and opportunities to lead. Students commit a year's time to regular meetings as they discover their strength's and weaknesses, Spiritual gifts, how God has "S.H.A.P.E.d" them, while dedicating themselves to living a God-centered lifestyle.

Assignment: Take the online Strengths Finder survey, print or record your top 5 strengths (in order) and get to Pastor Vince by March 21st.
Also, look at te notes (in your book and/or printout) about your strengths and be ready to discuss at next meeting.
